Each credit unlocks one contact. You get 2 free credits when you sign up; they never expire. Once you've used both, you get 1 free credit every day from the next day (it resets at midnight). Paid credits stay in your wallet until you use them or your plan ends. Free credits are used before paid ones. One exception: a no-brokerage entire flat needs a contact plan (not the ₹21 single) or ₹51; free credits don't work there.

Purchases are final. But if a credit was spent on a fake or misleading post, write to us and we'll give you a fresh credit.

Usually because it looked fake or misleading, the place was already taken, or key details (location, rent, what you need) were missing. Think it's a mistake? Write to us, or post again with the details added.

For posts looking for a tenant or flatmate. If no one moves in within 30 days of your post going live, we pay your rent for the days the place stays empty, for up to 2 months.

A one-time fee of 1 day's rent, or 2 days' rent if brokerage is involved. If your post isn't approved, you get the full fee back. Once it's live, the fee isn't refunded.

From Day 31 you can claim from your profile. We then pay every 15 days for the days the place stayed empty, for up to 2 months, into the rent receiver's bank account. Payments stop once someone moves in.

Keep the rent fair and unchanged, reply to enquiries in reasonable time, allow visits, and don't turn down a suitable person without a genuine reason. When you find someone, on Hommiiz or elsewhere, mark your post as matched. We may ask for the rent agreement, latest rent receipt or brokerage proof to verify.
