How contact credits work
Quick breakdown — and a real example to make it click.
You have two kinds of credits
Free credits
On signup
2
Then daily
+1
The 2 signup credits never expire. Once both are used, you get 1 free credit every day from the next day. It doesn't pile up: use it or it resets at midnight.
Paid credits
When bought
×N
Stay in your wallet until used or until the plan expires.
The order they get used
Free credits go first. Every single day, we use up your free credit before touching the paid ones — so your purchase lasts longer. One exception: a no-brokerage entire flat needs a contact plan (not the ₹21 single) or ₹51; free credits don't work there.
A quick example
Meet Rohan
He just signed up (so he has 2 free credits) and bought the 20 contacts in 7 days plan.
D1
Unlocks 4 contacts on Day 1
First 2 use his free ×2 then 2 paid kick in paid ×2
D2
Unlocks 2 contacts on Day 2
The fresh daily free is used first free ×1 then 1 paid paid ×1
D3
Same pattern, every day
Daily free first free ×1 then paid as needed paid ×?
Across the 7 days
Rohan can use up to 20 paid credits in total — daily free ones are on top of that.
