Here's our policy — short, honest, and with one big promise.

All purchases are final

We don't offer refunds on contact credits or plans once they're bought. Each plan is priced low and made simple so it's easy to pick one that genuinely fits your search — but once it's yours, it can't be returned for cash.

But here's our promise

If you spend a credit and the contact turns out to be from a fake post, misleading listing, or something else that shouldn't have been on Hommiiz — just write to us. After a quick check, we'll top up your wallet with a fresh credit to make up for it.

One small exception

In a rare extreme situation — say, a billing system glitch on our end — we may make an exception and process a refund. This is decided case-by-case, not a guarantee.
