We try to keep Hommiiz a clean, trustworthy space — that means our team checks every post, and we sometimes have to remove ones that don't fit. Here are the usual reasons:
Common reasons
Looks fake or misleading
Details don't add up, photos seem reused, or the listing reads like spam or a scam.
Requirement already fulfilled
The flat is already taken or the flatmate already found — keeping it up would waste other people's credits.
Key details missing
Important info — like location, rent, or what you're looking for — was left blank or unclear.
Posts are flagged by our review team during checks, or by other users who reported them. We verify every report before acting on it.
